Malibu Sorbet (in 3minutes)


Ok, i do cook and im ok at it. I love blowing my own horn. Actually, that has another meaning to it but ignore that rude meaning. This is a simple sorbet, any sorbet is. REALLY EASY!!!
Right,
Ingredients;
500ml water
340gr sugar (doesn't really matter what sort)
100ml Malibu
few mint leaves (optional)
HOW TO MAKE IT
1. Bring water to boil
2. Add sugar
3. Leave for 1 minute ( or until water disolves)
4. Take pot off stove and add Malibu and mint
5. Pour into something that u can put in the freezer
6. Stir every hour to break up the ice. It should take a few hours to be completely ready
THATS IT. A 6 STEP GUIDE TO MAKING A SORBET. YOU WOULDNT EVEN BE ABLE TO WALK TO THE SHOPS IN THE TIME. NO EXCUSE, SO GO AND MAKE IT.
